Emergency telephone consultation
Is a time when you call with an acute problem. These consultations will be brief emergency consultations that can usually be done by the doctor over the phone eg:
Fever in an otherwise unaffected child
Abdominal pains
Urinary or abdominal pain
Cough, sore throat or cold
Or similar
The doctor will assess whether there is a need for you are being watched. In this case, you will stay offered a "time-same-day".
Call the clinic on Tel. 44 94 16 15 between kl. 8 - 9.15. Select "doctor" and you get an emergency telephone consultation.
Time-same-day
Is a time when you come up with a symptom or a problem you would like to have assessed that is not acute.
At the doctor:
Skin changes
Pain in the musculoskeletal system
Abdominal pains
Diffuse symptoms (cough, fatigue, nausea, etc.)
Or similar
At the nurses:
Wart treatment
Wound treatment
Urine samples
Throat grafting
Or similar
Remember that there are only 10 minutes set aside for each consultation. It is therefore important that you take the most important issues first and if there is no time to reach it all, you are always welcome to call another day and book a new "time-same-day".
Call the clinic on Tel. 44 94 16 15 between kl. 8 - 9.15. Select the "secretary" and you will be guaranteed an appointment the same day with either the doctor or the nurse. It is not possible to order one time pr. mail or forward in time.
Alternatively you can too order a "time-same-day" online at your LOG IN or via the MY DOCTOR app. The times open at 16 the day before.

Scheduled time
Is a time you can book out in the future. However, this is ONLY if you need:
At the doctor:
Control of your chronic illness
Pediatric examination
Pregnancy examination
Cell sample
Certificates
At the nurses:
Control of your chronic illness
Vaccination
Removal of stitches
Cardiac cardiogram, blood tests etc.
If you want time for anything other than the above, you can NOT book a scheduled time. In that case, or if in doubt, call the clinic and book a "time-same-day".
